Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Source and generate business development opportunities with prospective clients.
•Develop networking opportunities to build Oakwood's relationship with corporate clients located within the local market.
•Conduct needs analysis with clients and design strategic business plans to align Oakwood's services with clients' needs.
•Develop presentations and proposals, negotiate pricing, and execute the sale.
•Maximize productivity with territory management, CRM system, and competitor information. Job Requirements: Qualifications and Requirements
•Bachelors Degree preferred
•5+ years of B2B sales experience
•2+ years of closing complex sales
•Previous Solution or Consultative Sales Training
•Self starter with strong hunting expertise
•Energetic customer focused individual
•Must be able to work within a collaborative team environment
