As part of the application process here at Complete Works you can apply for a particular job that feels like you... or you can set up a profile outlining the type of job you are looking for. This means we can send you emails and updates to let you know when a vacancy matches your job preferences, which might save you some hunting time!
All applications for jobs with Complete Works must be done online and it's super important to upload your CV and answer the job specific questions asked of you in an application. We put those measures in place so we can see what you've done, what you think and where you want to go, so please take the time to answer them honestly and to the best of your ability.
It's the just the same when it comes to interviews. We often ask situation based questions, this means we want you to describe a certain situation, what you did in that situation, why you took that action, what the result of that action was and how you learnt from it. Take your time to answer the question as comprehensively as you can.
